Nathalie Bondil
Nathalie Bondil, a heritage curator, a museologist, and art historian, served as Vice President of the Canada Council for the Arts. She directed the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, where she doubled its exhibition spaces and enhanced its international artistic influence. Under her leadership, the museum became renowned for its initiatives in intercultural, educational, social, and therapeutic fields.
She established collaborations with prestigious museums worldwide, including the Louvre Abu Dhabi and the Foundation of Royal Museums of Morocco, while working with contemporary artists such as Adel Abdessemed, Arwa Abouon, Leila Alaoui, Yasmina Bouziane, Lalla Essaydi, Majida Khattari, and Shirin Neshat.
Since 2021, Nathalie Bondil has held the position of Director of the Museum and Exhibitions Department at the Arab World Institute (IMA) in Paris.
