Hélène Leroy
Hélène Leroy is a senior curator and heritage professional, currently Head of Collections at the Musée d’Art Moderne de Paris, with over a decade of experience in managing major public collections and cultural policies. Previously with the French Ministry of Culture, overseeing modern and contemporary art museums at the national level. Expertise includes strategic planning, collection management, preventive conservation, and coordinating major projects involving loans, restoration, documentation, and digitization. Actively engaged in reflecting on governance tools such as the Scientific and Cultural Project (PSC), and in fostering dialogue with institutions in France and abroad on aligning museum missions with long-term objectives and evolving community needs.
