Graduated with a Master's degree in Conservation-Restoration of Graphic Arts and Books from the Institut National du Patrimoine – Paris, Caroline Gelot is an independent conservator based in Lebanon since 2016. She is also the head of the conservation workshop at the Conservation Center for the Heritage of Eastern Churches, Beit Gazo (Lebanon), as well as the paper conservation workshops at the Sursock Museum and the Beirut Museum of Art (BeMA).
